Whatever issue I had, the customer service handled it really well. I highly recommend this area for stress-free living. Very much an open building design so it feels like you actually get the full space compared to other apartment complexes. Easy access to Baltimore and DC via MARC train within biking distance and generally a nice place to live.

If you are looking for a quiet & small but full of amenities community to live, look no further. Stop by Seven Oaks, the grounds are lovely and the staff are wonderful! I've been here 3 years and I adore my neighbors and this community. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

Great Community, great price for floorplan, maintenance is quick and communicative, Ft meade location is 6 mns away and airport 18mns. Management and office staff are responsive and respectful. Seven Oaks is a great community to live. The staff is courteous, professional and always willing to assist. Our community pool and gym is well maintained. The grounds and parking are update.

During Covid a lot of us lost our jobs and are just barley getting by. Due to Covid we were falling behind on rent but found ways to make the payments anyways. We recieved an email a couple months ago to fill out a paper stating hardship due to covid. They said to fill it out or risk the chances of being evicted as soon as the economy went back to normal.

The maintenance staff and the office staff are knowledgeable and problems solvers. I will be definitely here for a while. They fast efficient, respectful, caring and on time! Communication on what is happening in the community is very effective too.
